Beirut 7th Hottest Capital in the World

A study conducted by Al-Rai newspapers during the first half of July, 2012, showed that Kuwait scored the highest average temperatures

(47-48 degrees Celsius),with a peak of 51 degrees Celsius between 2 and 3 pm. The study excludes uninhabited areas and deserts and restricts itself to major cities.
