Bid to Buy Solar PV Street Lighting...

Following the purchase of 800 PV solar street lighting poles in November 2012, and the purchase of 1,000 solar water heaters in December 2012, the Lebanese  Ministry of Energy and Water is currently finalizing the preparations to launch a new request for proposal to purchase new solar PV street lighting and decentralized PV systems.

The new bid is expected to be launched shortly. Interested companies are requested to start preparing the needed official administrative papers to be able to compete in the new bid once it is publicly announced. The Lebanese Center of Energy Conservation (LCEC) will make sure to spread the news with the exact dates once the bid is announced in the official gazette.
