The Good Fortune Has Come

"High Expectations", show results. The Norwegian company Spectrum" finds out that the sea off South Lebanon’s coast is expected to be the best place rich of oil in the region. The South is the first place preferred for survey, according to the company's results.
High expectations are not related to gas only, but also include oil, the report adds. The data shows that the stock of the areas belonging to Lebanon is 3-fold compared with anywhere else and compared with Israeli discoveries.

The Spectrum report concludes that Southern Lebanon would be among the top states rich of oil and gas worldwide.

In the absence of official figures on the size of the gas and oil reserves in Lebanon offshore and onshore, estimates show that its reserves may be worth over $1 trillion.

The Lebanese government would bring a return of almost $8 billion annually from first oil or gas discovery to the next 20 years, the study conducted by energy experts Roudi Baroudi points out.

it's worth mentioning that the Leabnese Cabinet formed yesterday a peutroleum committee, consisting of six members consist of Walid Nasr, Naser Htayet, Wissam Shbat, Gaby Daaboul, Wissam al-Zahabi and Assem Abu Ibrahim.
