Launch of an apple chips factory in Jezzine.

The launch was made by the head of the Investment Development Authority of Lebanon (IDAL)  Nabil Itani and businessman Elie Rizk, the owner of the factory. He added that this apple chips factory is considered a landmark step in the agro-food industry in Lebanon. Itani said the factory will not only help create  job opportunities and allow apple farmers to sell the surplus crops.
