LIBNOR Organizes a National Workshop on Energy Management Standards

In collaboration with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the Lebanese Standards Institution (LIBNOR) is organizing a national workshop on “Energy Management Standards (With Focus on ISO 50001)”. The event will take place on Tuesday, 3 May 2016 starting 9:30 a.m. at the Radisson Blu Martinez Hotel in Ain El Mraisseh, Beirut. The workshop is under the patronage of the Lebanese Minister of Industry H.E. Dr. Hussein Hajj Hassan and with the participation of the international consultant Mr. Laurent Arnould and national experts from Lebanon. The workshop will be followed by a 2-day training on the implementation of ISO 50001 in Lebanon. LIBNOR is a public institution affiliated to the Ministry of Industry, having solely the right to prepare, publish, and amend national standards, as well as to grant the Lebanese Conformity Mark NL.
