Plus Towers

The $200 million project is located in the Beirut Central District, near Al Amine mosque and set to be completed in 2012.

Main features: 2 high-end 14-story towers, residential apartments and retail, areas starting from 150 up to 555 square meters, eco-friendly, few steps away from shopping, restaurants and banks district, underground private parking for guests, storage rooms-CCTV monitoring - Fire detection & prevention-Automatic gates-Automatic irrigation system.


Venus Towers

The $500 million project is located in Beirut Marina , and set to be completed in 2014.

Main features: 3 high-end towers, residential apartments and retail, combining modern design with a touch of traditional style, areas starting from 250 up to 650 square meters, 3,500 square meters of private gardens, sea or a mountain view, or both.

Facilities: Children’s playground-swimming pool & gymnasium-storage rooms-drivers quarters-CCTV monitoring system- Fire detection and prevention- Automatic gates- Automatic irrigation system.


Beit Misk

The $800 million project is located in the Atchaneh and Sakiet-el-Misk towns of the Metn district, 22 km from Beirut, Beit Misk is easily accessible from the Coastal Highway at Nahr El Mott.

Main Features: The master-planned project will combine luxury with the distinctive features of Lebanese villages and comprehensive infrastructure, roads, sidewalks and trees”. The project consists of a major residential development that will comprise villas, condominiums and apartment buildings situated in a splendid rural setting and revolving around a vast community center with retail and public spaces.



Sama Beirut

Located in the Sodeco area, in the heart of Ashrafieh, the project is set to be completed in 2014.

Main Features: The project will include shops, offices and apartments. The apartments vary in size, ranging from 300 to 1,500 m2. In addition to the residential units, the tower contains six commercial shops that will be held by luxury brands. It is Lebanon’s tallest tower to date. The 50-story mixed-use project was launched by Antonios Projects.
