Only For Youth. Price Reduction up to 72%. PC Tablets to be Launched Soon

Telecommunications Minister Nicolas Sehnaoui launched the Prepaid U-Chat Package, exclusively designed for youth subscribers, includinga reduction in the price of Voice phone call, Internet and SMS, up to 72 percent, compared to current prices for the pre-paid ordinary lines.


“Alfa launched a U-Chat package specifically designed for young people, aged between 14 and 24. The package includes two U-Chat lines (U-Chat 9, U-Chat17) with a one month validity, costing $9 and $17.5 respectively,” Alfa Chairman Marwan Hayek said.


Available with each U-Chat line many advantages, including reduced fees on calls, immediately offered after purchasing the U-Chat common line.


Sehnaoui revealed a new program to be launched next week, offering students facilities to purchase PC Tablets at a reduced monthly cost, under the supervision of their professors in their classrooms or their homes.
