New car sales down 3 percent in the first 10 months of 2011. A total of 27,473 of new passenger cars were sold during the first 10 months of 2011, posting a  decline by 3.3 percent from 28,413 recorded  in the same last year period, according to the Association of Car Importers in Lebanon. Korean cars accounted of 42.3 percent of total sales, followed by Japanese (29.6 percent), European (21 percent), American (6.4 percent) and Chinese (0.8 percent).Lebanon This Week
