Top Father’s Day Gifts For Lebanese Dad. Not FLOWERS

Father's Day is celebrated on different days in different countries on the 3rd Sunday in June, which in 2012 is June 17th. In Lebanon, this day is celebrated on June, 21.

While visiting many shops in Beirut and surroundings, eecoy discovered that a card, socks, ties, watch, mobile are the top gifts bought for fathers. The flowers, however, come in the last place.

The psychologist Ibrahim Elias said that flowers can show fathers how children care. However if kids bring him more useful gifts even a bacon sandwich, and some beer, it’s only fair.

"Men are not usually passionate like women," he explains.
